China Construction Bank needs debt restructure plan. This is due to the desparate situation of local governemnt debt in China and the enormously high interests rate.
Watch the stock price carefully.THis problem will not be exposed outside China 2011. After 2011, it may be exposed due to some foreign companies which I will mention in due course. Make sure yousearch the internet diligently.
